What kind of classes do you have?

Our class menu offers strength, yoga, barre, and dance. We want you to move in a way that feels just right for what your body and mind need each day.

Will strength training actually lean me out?

Yes, it will -- when combined with proper nutrition and recovery, we can tell you for sure that strength training is an absolutely essential component to creating lean muscle and seeing phenomenal results. We offer highly strategic strength training classes that work your whole body. We recommend this kind of training 3-4 times a week in order to build muscle mass, boost your metabolism, and feel your strongest ever. 

What if I have to cancel my class?

We're happy to refund any class reservations with 6 hours' notice. Cancellations made under 6 hours from class time will be charged. 

What do I need for class?

We provide weights, mats and hand towels. You can fill your bottle at our refillable machine or purchase a water in our retail lounge. You are also welcome to bring your own mat and towel.
